بیانیهی حزب پانایرانیست
خون شهیدان حلبچه ، هنوز میجوشد .
و خون ، هرگز نخسبد!
روز ۲۵ اسفندماه ۱۳۶۵ ، حکومت بعث عراق ، در جریان تجاوز نظامی به ایران ، شهر حلبچه را بمباران شیمیایی کرد و همخانمانان کرد ما را همراه با رزمندگان ایرانی ، قتل عام نمود .
با آزادسازی بخشهایی از مناطق کردستان آنسوی مرز و پیشواز پر شور همخانمانان کرد آنسوی مرز از رزمندگان ایران ، حزب بعث عراق در پی انتقامجویی گستردهتر از کردهای نشسته در آن سرزمین برآمد .
در این راستا ، صدام حسین تصمیم به بمباران شیمیایی حلبچه گرفت و برای اثر بخشی بیشتر بمباران شیمیایی ، چهار روز شهر با بمبهای متعارف بمباران شد تا با شکسته شدن شیشههای پنجرهها و خراب شدن دیوارها و ... ، راه نفوذ گازهای سمی به درون خانهها بیشتر شود .
پس از ۴ روز بمباران با بمبهای متعارف ، ارتش بعث عراق، شهر حلبچه را با گازهای سمی تابون، خردل ، ویایکس و سارین که در جنگ جهانی نخست استفاده شده بود ، بمباران کرد .
در اثر این بمباران کمابیش ۵ هزارتن به شهادت رسیدند و کمابیش ۱۰ هزارتن زخمی شدند . بدینسان خون نیروهای رزمندهی ایرانی با خون همخانمانان کردآن سوی مرز درهم آمیخت و بار دیگر به وحدت تیرههای ایرانی جدا افتاده از هم ، تبلور تازهای بخشید .
استوار باد پیوند همهی تیرههای ایرانی . در این راستا سخن هممیهن ، همخانمان و یار گرامیِ هماندیش ملا مصطفی بارزانی را از یاد نبریم که : هرکجا کرد زندگی میکند ، آنجا ایران است
و نیز سخنِ یار هماندیشِ افغانستانی نجیب بارور را که :
هرکجا مرز کشیدند ، شما پل بزنید

On March 16, 1986, the Ba'athist government of Iraq, during the military invasion of Iran, chemically bombed the city of Halabja and massacred our Kurdish comrades along with the Iranian fighters.
With the liberation of parts of Kurdistan across the border and the enthusiastic welcome of Kurdish compatriots across the border from Iranian fighters, the Iraqi Ba'ath party sought wider revenge on the Kurds living in that land.
In this regard, Saddam Hussein decided to chemically bomb Halabja, and to make the chemical bombing more effective, the city was bombarded with conventional bombs for four days, so that by breaking the window panes and walls, the path of toxic gases penetrating into the houses Be more.
After four days of conventional bombardment, the Iraqi Ba'athist army bombed the city of Halabja with the toxic gases Tabun, mustard, Vivax, and sarin used in World War I.
As a result of this bombing, about 5,000 people were martyred and about 10,000 people were injured. In this way, the blood of the Iranian fighting forces mixed with the blood of our Kurdish compatriots across the border, and once again gave a new crystallization to the unity of the separated Iranian tribes.
May the bond of all Iranian tribes be strong. In this regard, let us not forget the words of our compatriots, comrades and dear friend of Mullah Mustafa Barzani: Wherever he lives, there is Iran.
