بیانیه حزب پان ایرانیست
سرنوشت لیبی و اوکراین ، در برابر چشمان ما

معمر قذافی با همه‌ی زیرکی و بندبازی سیاسی ، سرانجام فریب آمریکا را خورد و به " تضمین ‌" این حکومت ، همه‌ی صنایع هسته‌ای این کشور را که در آستانه ساخت بمب‌ِ اتمی بود ، بار چند کشتی کرد و روانه‌ی آمریکا نمود.
اوکراین ، به دنبال فروپاشی اتحاد شوروی ، دارای کمابیش ۱۷۰۰ کلاهک هسته‌ای و ۳۳ بمب‌افکن دور‌پرواز راهبردی بود که در آن هنگام سومین قدرت اتمی جهان به شمار می‌رفت ، با تضمین آمریکا ، انگلیس و روسیه ، دست از زرادخانه‌ی هسته‌ای خود کشید . در حالی که در آن روزگار و توان هسته‌ای که داشت حتا می‌توانست در حق " وتو " با فدراسیون روسیه شریک شود .
اتکا به " تضمین" باعث شد که اوکراین ،  نخست کریمه را از دست بدهد و سپس دو منطقه‌ی مهم دونتسک و لوهانسک و امروز ، سرزمین و حاکمیت ملی را ؟!
در دنیای امروز بدون داشتن پدافند موثر هسته‌ای ، نگاهبانی از تمامیت سرزمینی و استقلال ملی ، امکان پذیر نیست ً
رهبر جمهوری اسلامی با توجه به شرایط جهانی ، می‌بایست فتوای هسته‌ای خود را لغو بفرمایند و ایران را از داشتن پدافند موثر هسته‌ای ، بیش از این محروم نسازند .
هزار موشک نقطه‌زن و هزاران پهباد پیشرفته ، توان رویارویی با یک بمب‌اتمی حتا از گونه‌ی ابتدایی آن که در هیروشیما و ناکازاکی به کار گرفته شد ، ندارد .
روسیه بیش از آمریکا از پدآفند موثر هسته‌ای ایران در هراس است ، زیرا تزارها ، هنوز بر پایه‌ی منشور پتر گجستک ، در رویای رسیدن به آب‌های گرم خلیج فارس اند ، تلاش بیش از اندازه‌ی نماینده روسیه در گفت‌و‌‌‌گوهای وین ، برای افکندن طوق لعنت برجام بر گردن مردم و ملت ایران و سلب امکان پدآفند موثر هسته‌ای از ایران ، در همین راستاست !

The fate of Libya and Ukraine, before our eyes

Muammar Gaddafi, with all his cleverness and political restraint, was finally deceived by the United States, and with the "guarantee" of this government, he repeatedly shipped all the nuclear industries of this country that were on the verge of making an atomic bomb and sent them to the United States.
Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine had about 1,700 nuclear warheads and 33 strategic round-the-clock bombers, then the world's third largest nuclear power, and withdrew its nuclear arsenal with the guarantee of the United States, Britain and Russia. At the time, however, its nuclear power could even share a veto with the Russian Federation.
Relying on the "guarantee" caused Ukraine to lose first Crimea and then the two important regions of Donetsk and Luhansk, and today, the territory and national sovereignty ?!
In today's world, it is not possible to maintain territorial integrity and national independence without effective nuclear defense.
Given the global situation, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic should repeal his nuclear fatwa and not deprive Iran of having an effective nuclear defense.
Thousands of surface-to-air missiles and thousands of advanced drones are unable to withstand a single bomb, even the most basic of its kind in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Russia fears more than the United States the effective nuclear offensive against Iran, because the Tsars are still dreaming of reaching the warm waters of the Persian Gulf under the Peter Gojestak Charter. The people and nation of Iran and the deprivation of the possibility of an effective nuclear offensive from Iran, is in this direction!
